Milwaukee Succeeds is seeking a Program Manager to oversee various program activities under the direction of the Program Director. The role requires strong project management skills and collaboration with community organizations.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. This position offers a chance to make an impact within the community and contribute to program development.
Work independently, under the direction of the Program Director, Principle Investigator, or Department Chair to manage the activities of a division‑wide or department‑wide program. Provide direction and guidance to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program's goals.
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Required Experience: 6 years
Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously. Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment.
Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
