Qualifications

• Experience coordinating clinical research initiatives.
• Experience with patient recruitment and chart review is preferred.
• Experience using AI or digital tools in research is preferred.
• Demonstrated organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Community Outreach and Engagement-Led Clinical Trial Matching initiative using AI and digital tools.
• Identify potential patients and match them with available clinical trials with study teams.
• Support patient recruitment, referral, and enrollment into clinical trials.
• Coordinate Community Outreach activities, including the Community Clinical Trials Champions Program.
• Support community-based research and engage internal and external partners as appropriate.
• Participate in meetings, teleconferences, and regional gatherings; travel as needed for CPBR efforts.
