Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $50.00/hr

We are seeking advanced Physics experts to teach AI how to interpret and solve complex problems by:

1. Evaluating AI-generated content for factual accuracy and relevance in Physics.
2. Developing and answering Physics-related questions to refine AI understanding.
3. Assessing and ranking AI responses based on scientific rigor.

Required expertise and qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Physics or a related field (can be currently enrolled).
• Research Experience: Strong preference for candidates with peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions.
• English Proficiency: Ability to read and write with minimal errors.

Bonus Skills: AI model training experience is helpful but not required.

Payment: Pay rates for core project work range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, varying based on geographic location, expertise, skills assessment, project need, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs or for higher-paying research projects based on performance. During initial onboarding or overtime phases, lower rates may apply, and some projects may include incentive payments. Please review the payment terms for each project.
