Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute seeks a detail‑oriented professional to support clinical trials logistics and patient registration. You will help manage study drug supplies, ordering, and ensure timely delivery to care sites, contributing to high‑quality cancer research across our network.

Ideal candidates bring oncology/medical terminology expertise, proficiency with Excel and OncoEMR, and a strong sense of accuracy and teamwork within a fast‑paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent education is required.
• A minimum of two years medical/clinical work experience with oncology or pharmacy experience highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assess research drug supply requirements for clinical trials.

Ensure timely ordering and delivery of trial supplies for research patient care.

Register new study patients in the clinical trials databases.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent education is required.
• A minimum of two years medical/clinical work experience with oncology or pharmacy experience highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology required.
• Proficient with computer software such as Excel, Work and OncoEMR.
