Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of NIH/IRB/GCP compliance and university policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory documentation and protocol implementation for studies.
• Collaborate with PIs to maintain regulatory binders and SOPs.
• Monitor timely protocol updates and training records.
• Ensure compliance with NIH, UM, and external requirements.
• Coordinate with local and national partners to align timelines.
• Supervise documentation, filing, and secure handling of source documents.
• Lead meetings to review timelines, regulatory updates, and progress.
• Support manuscript development and dissemination of findings.
