The role requires reliability, time management, and professional interaction with diverse teams. Responsibilities include operating material handling equipment, driving university vehicles, and coordinating with EHS and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience/training.
• Experience with handling chemicals, lab supplies, and hazardous materials preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Inspects deliveries for recipient and damages; keeps goods in controlled setting.
• Participates in inventory control and lab supply deliveries.
• Handles USPS and intercampus mail, small packages, and freight.
• Operates forklifts or other equipment; drives university vehicles as needed.
• Collaborates with ASU EHS and multiple departments to coordinate logistics.
