Mass General Brigham is seeking a Laboratory Assistant to maintain equipment, organize samples, perform experiments, and record data at 60 Fenwood Road. You will contribute to reliable project progress by following established protocols and ensuring accurate documentation.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent laboratory experience, 1–2 years preferred, and hands-on work with cell culture, PCR, and data analysis.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required in a related field; degree equivalency considered.
• 1–2 years of laboratory experience preferred.
• Experience with wet labs, cell line/iPSC or in vivo models; strong techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain complete and accurate records of experiments.
• Perform cell culture, iPSC maintenance, and in vitro/in vivo assays.
• Execute molecular biology tasks: cloning, plasmid preps, nucleic acid isolation, PCR.
• Design and troubleshoot experiments; modify protocols for efficiency.
• Coordinate daily experiment schedules and data management; create graphs and perform analyses.
