Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a related field in a research setting.
• 1–2 years of laboratory experience preferred.
• Experience with wet labs and cell culture highly valued.
• Strong data collection and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform cell culture, neuron culture, and iPSC culture maintenance.
• Conduct in vitro and in vivo assays; measure protein expression by ELISA and western blot.
• Execute molecular biology tasks: cloning, plasmid preps, DNA/RNA isolation, PCR.
• Maintain complete experimental records and data management.
• Assist in planning daily and long-term research projects.
• Maintain resource inventories.
• Coordinate daily schedule of experiments; collect, record, tabulate, and present data; create graphs and perform statistical tests.
• Execute protocols involving routine and non-routine experiments; modify existing techniques and contribute to research design.
• Calculate, transcribe, and graph data.
• Work independently, under minimal supervision.
