The BSL3 core currently hosts and facilitates research on Mycobacterium tuberculosis, flaviviruses, coronaviruses, mpox and Coccidioides spp. In addition to basic laboratory equipment, the BSL3 core is equipped with a confocal microscope, a flow cytometer/sorter and a ABSL3 facility.
