Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required at time of application.
• ALA-accredited Master’s in Library & Information Sciences preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering information literacy, research, or related instruction in multiple formats.
• Experience working with first-year students or peer learning programs.
• Experience mentoring/coordinating student employees or peer mentors.
• Experience developing instructional materials and scalable learning resources.
• Experience assessing learning and using findings to improve instruction.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver instruction to faculty, staff, students, and patrons.
• Cultivate relationships with vendors and professional colleagues.
• Liaise with academic programs to provide information on collections and library services.
• Coordinate day-to-day library operations and peer mentor program.
• Collect and analyze assessment data to improve instruction and student success.
• Stay current with trends in information literacy and peer learning.
