Qualifications

• Must have a graduate library degree from an ALA-accredited program or equivalent
• Experience supervising library staff and graduate assistants

• Oversee daily operations of the Research and Instruction Department
• Deliver library instruction and reference services
• Oversee information access and digital resources
• Lead planning, assessment, and department goals in collaboration with the Library Director
