SaidGig is seeking an experienced professional to reconstruct executive-level research slides in Microsoft PowerPoint, preserving accuracy, methodology and intent while enhancing clarity and visual impact for AI training materials.

This remote contract role runs in sprint cycles; each slide engagement takes about 1–2 hours. You will document changes, apply data visualization and storytelling principles, and ensure risks, caveats, and context remain clear throughout every reconstruction.

Qualifications

Role Overview

Improve executive-level research and insights presentations while contributing real-world expertise that helps train next-generation AI systems. You will reconstruct research slides in Microsoft PowerPoint, strengthening clarity and visual impact without compromising the underlying research, methodology, or intent.

Key Responsibilities

• Rebuild images of research and insights slides, including research readouts, survey results, segmentation analyses, and competitive landscapes, in Microsoft PowerPoint.Apply presentation design, data visualization, visual storytelling, and content-editing expertise to improve slide quality.
• Preserve factual accuracy, domain-specific definitions, caveats, and research context throughout each reconstruction.
• Create a comprehensive assignment log explaining changes made, decisions to retain or remove elements, and the rationale for design and messaging choices.
• Use effective message hierarchy, supported titles, and exhibit selection for executive-facing presentations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, analytics, or a related quantitative research field.
• Demonstrated experience creating or refining executive or client-facing PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, slide reconstruction, presentation design, data visualization, and research communication.
• Excellent critical thinking, attention to detail, written communication, and ability to explain methodological, design, and messaging decisions.
• Industry practitioner or consulting experience in research and insights is valued, with domain expertise prioritized over consulting-firm background.
• Experience with AI training, evaluation, or rubric development is helpful but not required.

Work Terms

Remote contract engagement.Work is organized in task-based, sprint-driven production cycles with flexible timing.Each slide engagement is expected to take approximately 1-2 hours.

Compensation

$150-$350 per hour.
