Job summary

SaidGig seeks an experienced independent contractor to enhance executive and client-facing presentations by reconstructing slides in Microsoft PowerPoint, sharpening narrative and visuals, and documenting the rationale for each change.

You will deliver high-quality, decision-ready slides with a detailed change log and contribute real-world input that supports AI training and model performance, with tight turnaround per assignment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience building executive/client presentations at an ad/brand agency or in-house team.
• Hands-on experience creating new-business pitches, campaign reviews, or strategic brand decks.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to translate data into compelling visuals.

Role Overview

Improve executive and client-facing business presentations while contributing real-world expertise that helps train next-generation AI systems. You will reconstruct slides in Microsoft PowerPoint, strengthen their strategic narrative and visual impact, and document the reasoning behind each recommendation.

Key Responsibilities

• Rebuild client business slides from images in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Improve slide structure, visual storytelling, data visualization, message flow, hierarchy, and action titles for executive and client-facing audiences.
• Edit content for clarity and concision while preserving the original intent and context.
• Create a detailed change log explaining each improvement and the rationale for retaining elements without changes.
• Evaluate each slide critically, balancing design best practices with the source material''s purpose.
• Provide high-quality real-world input that supports AI training, reasoning, and performance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with a recognized advertising agency, holding company, brand consultancy, or an in-house brand or marketing team at a major brand or technology company.
• Hands-on experience developing executive or client-facing presentations, including new-business pitches, campaign reviews, or strategic brand decks.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, slide reconstruction, and presentation design skills.
• Expertise translating complex data into compelling, visually engaging slides.
• Strong written communication, content editing, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to clearly defend both recommended changes and decisions to retain original content.
• Experience evaluating AI output or training models is helpful but not required.

Work Terms

Remote, independent contractor engagement. Each reviewed and improved slide, including its change log, must be delivered within 1 to 2 hours per assignment.

Compensation

$150 to $350 per hour.
