Job summary

GRMC Garrett Regional Medical Center is seeking a Research & Grants Analyst to support faculty and residents in all aspects of research, grant submission, budgeting, data collection, and manuscript preparation. The role requires coordinating the grant lifecycle from pre- to post-award and ensuring timely expenditures.

You will assist investigators with study design, data handling, and collaboration with biostatistics, as well as coordinating two annual departmental conferences with CME approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Business, statistical, research methodology, editing/writing and bibliographic skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research projects from question to publication and secure funding.
• Manage grant pre- and post-award processes and track expenditures.
• Develop study budgets and handle human subjects payments and invoicing.
• Organize two annual departmental conferences and CME activities.
