The Department of Mathematics at the University of Houston invites applications for a non-tenure-track faculty ResearchFellow.
The Research Fellow will join Dr. Daniel Onofrei’s research groupat the University of Houston. The candidate is expected to conductindependent and collaborative research, contribute to thedepartment, college, and university, and actively engage in theacademic community. Responsibilities include computational studiesassociated to the optimization problem and design, solve andsimulate numerically the mathematical framework for the problem offield control by using a swarm of drones with power maximizationand near controls.
We seek a candidate with a Ph.D. in mathematics or a closelyrelated field.
