Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of facility technical operations experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership/ supervisory experience.
• 7+ years facility ops preferred; 3+ years laboratory animal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with DVR and other groups on facility projects and repairs.
• Oversee CTRB Cage Wash team and up to 10 staff.
• Maintain equipment for animal facilities and related QC procedures.
• Manage vendor relationships and Edstrom Watchdog System.
• Oversee space and equipment management and inventory.
• Prepare reports for quarterly meetings and director communications.
• Develop and refine SOPs; ensure accreditation and compliance.
