Job summary

The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a Research Facility Manager to oversee building operations, maintenance, and service delivery to meet schedule, budget, and standards. You will coordinate internal and external contractors, workers, and vendors, and design a suggestion and complaints system with timely resolution.

The role includes scheduling shutdowns and coordinating emergency response efforts on campus in Pittsburgh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Combination of education and relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education and/or experience requirement.
