Location:324 N 4th StreetIndiana, PA 15701Hours:Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM(Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department)Function :Performs various duties in the Bank's Operations- Research area.Duties and Responsibilities:Assumes direct responsibility for performing the following duties as scheduled:Review the following:Use of TRIPS system to complete daily review of High DollarVerify signature on check matches signature card.Dollar amount is properly encoded.Date is legitimate.Check is properly endorsed.Use of TRIPS system to complete daily review of Dormant accounts.Verify signature on check matches signature card.Verify deposit entries to dormant account check/cash.Identify why account was removed from dormant.Review and validate daily special reports.Completion of Research as requested:SRM Workflow Research RequestsIncluding items from prior acquisitionsSearch warrants- SubpoenasThird party RequestCompletion of Adjustments as requested:SRM Workflow Adjustment RequestsCorrespondent Bank AdjustmentsJP MorganFederal ReserveFirst CommonwealthBNY MellonEntry and maintenance of research/adjustment data into appropriate spreadsheetsMaintain a good working relationship with bank employees. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. Use of manual dexterity skills for typing, and data entry up to 75% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18”-20” and depth perception for computer work. Frequent uses of extremities to stand, reach, kneel, or bend throughout an eight-hour shift.
