Responsibilities

• Assist in hands-on development of semiconductor materials and devices and/or heterogeneous microelectronics assembly processes.
• Perform device and materials characterization, testing, measurements and correlation.
• Failure analysis.
• Data generation and analysis.
• Documentation and presentation of results to the project team.
