YO AI Labs is seeking Research Engineers to contribute to a project focused on code generation, software engineering, and AI model evaluation. You will apply your programming expertise to develop, review, and evaluate real-world coding tasks that help train and improve next-generation AI systems.

No prior AI experience is required. You will analyze, debug, and implement features across multiple languages, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality software tasks and model feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in competitive programming, algorithms and data structures.
• Proficiency in at least one of Python 3, Java, Rust, C++, Go, or TypeScript.
• Experience debugging, feature implementation, codebase refactoring, and performance optimization.
• Experience with open-source contributions or collaborative software projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail in code validation and output consistency.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

We are seeking experienced Research Engineers to contribute to a project focused on code generation, software engineering, and AI model evaluation.

You’ll apply your programming expertise to develop, review, and evaluate real-world coding tasks that help train and improve next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

Compensation

Compensation is output-based, with payment provided per task that meets project requirements. Task completion time may vary based on experience and workflow. Minimum weekly submission requirements apply.
