Job summary

Melian seeks a hands-on security-minded software engineer with ML experience to join our SecOps team in the United States. You will design experiments, fine-tune models, and work closely with engineering and security peers to build robust, observable systems.

A bachelor’s in CS or related field is required; Python proficiency and strong software engineering skills are essential. Experience with training ML models and a collaborative mindset are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong software engineering skills with emphasis on Python.
• Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning or evaluating ML models.
• Research mindset: design clear experiments and learn quickly from results.
• Ownership, clear communication and a collaborative approach.
• Security background is a plus.
