You will curate data, build evaluation frameworks, and conduct rigorous experiments to improve quality, latency, and efficiency while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to ship production-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing and deploying ML models for speech or language applications.
• Experience with Voice LLMs or speech processing systems.
• Experience deploying ML models to production.
• Experience building datasets and evaluation pipelines for ML systems.

This role will focus on developing and deploying Voice LLMs that power speech recognition, translation, and synthesis capabilities.
