- Ability to analyze data and communicate findings to stakeholders.

- Design, prepare, and execute hands-on experiments and material trials in the R&D lab.

- Operate, calibrate, and maintain advanced analytical lab equipment.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
