Qualifications

  • BS in Mechanical, MET, or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
  • Three to five years of professional experience.
  • Advanced coursework or experience in advanced composites, finite element modeling, engineering design, and mechanics of materials.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and conduct experimental test campaigns.
  • Analyze data and develop innovative solutions for real-world challenges.
  • Prepare technical reports, research proposals, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with research staff and mentor undergraduate researchers.
