Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods is seeking a detail-oriented professional to update product formulas, generate nutrition and ingredient statements, and ensure USDA/FDA label compliance. The role supports production with accurate data and communicates specifications to customers.

Responsibilities

• Updates current formulas and generates new formulas from company files.
• Adds and updates current formulas in company database.
• Generates product Nutrition and Ingredient statements from company database.
• Proofs product labels to verify correct nutrition information, ingredients, and USDA/FDA compliance.
• Obtains USDA label approvals on all meat and poultry items.
• Researches new and existing product specifications.
• Supplies information for to customers as requested.
• Issues formulas to production facilities.

This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.
