Reser’s Fine Foods is seeking a detail‑oriented team member to manage product formulas and nutrition statements. You will maintain the company database, generate nutrition and ingredient statements, and ensure USDA/FDA compliance by proofreading labels.

Responsibilities include obtaining USDA label approvals for meat and poultry items, researching specifications, and providing information to customers. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

• Updates current formulas and generates new formulas from company files.
• Adds and updates current formulas in company database.
• Generates product Nutrition and Ingredient statements from company database.
• Proofs product labels to verify correct nutrition information, ingredients, and USDA/FDA compliance.
• Obtains USDA label approvals on all meat and poultry items.
• Researches new and existing product specifications.
• Supplies information for to customers as requested.
• Issues formulas to production facilities.

This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.
