We’re looking for an R&D Engineer 2 to build and refine AI powered tools that create and deliver multimedia content (videos, quizzes, presentations) on GESTALT, our proprietary learning platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop & deploy AI content creation software.
• Enhance and support the GESTALT platform, resolving bugs and optimizing performance.
• Turn data into insights by collecting and analyzing user analytics to improve engagement.
• Create and curate learning assets aligned with course objectives and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with faculty and guide undergraduate assistants.
• Report & present technical progress to sponsors.

Please note: This position is grant-funded and is contingent upon funding. The full salary range for this position is from $73,600.00 – $133,200.00. The expected salary range is up to $88,500.00. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
