  • Support battery material characterization and cell development.
  • Research cathode and anode chemistries, including LFP.
  • Work on battery performance modeling and cell qualification.
  • Support battery cell manufacturing and new cell design.
  • Investigate battery material recycling and resource circularity.
  • Research rare-earth materials and battery manufacturing processes.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies for research initiatives.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and research direction.
  • Communicate new research concepts and technical findings to engineering teams and management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external technical partners.

We are looking for a Design Research Engineer passionate about research, experimentation, innovation, and solving complex engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and develop solutions for challenging battery and energy-storage problems
