• Research applicable source systems to understand the issue.
• Identify which business areas need to be engaged to resolve issues.
• Provide clear work notes so users understand progress and status of incidents.
• Ensure root cause is identified and data cleanup is completed.
• Analyze and refine data extracts to create reports.
