• 3 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis, or a PhD degree.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into tractable analyses and metrics.
• Design and evaluate models to express and solve defined problems with available data.
• Gather, extract, and curate data across sources using SQL, Python, or R, ensuring quality for analysis.
