Job summary

Google's Advertising measurement team seeks a Data Scientist to develop, evaluate and improve measurement methods for Google's advertising products. You will work with engineers, analysts and product managers to translate science into deployed scale products.

You bring a Master's in a quantitative field and 5 years of analytics experience (or 3 years with a PhD), strong coding in Python/R/SQL, and expertise in causal inference and ML to inform business decisions while protecting user privacy.

Qualifications

• 5 years of analytics experience or 3 years with a PhD.

Responsibilities

• Direct design and development of measurement methodologies for ad products.
• Architect complex experimental frameworks to establish causal impact at scale.
• Advance methods with causal inference, ML, and statistical modeling.
• Build scalable analysis pipelines and mentor junior data scientists.
• Serve as technical lead and cross-functional partner.
