Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Social Sciences or any related field.
• 2 years of direct and relevant data analysis experience.
• Experience and proficiency with statistical and data management programming in R.
• Experience with large databases, data warehouse, and data operations.
• Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization software (or willingness to learn).
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively on a team.
• Must live within a commutable distance to Herndon, VA or in one of the Clearinghouse's approved states.

Responsibilities

• Work with Clearinghouse stakeholders to expand usage of Clearinghouse data
• Contribute to research on student enrollment, movement, and outcomes
• Collaborate with the Research Center team using Clearinghouse data for quantitative research
• Support development of data reports and publications
• Assist in requirements gathering and client relationship management
• Manage multiple research projects/assignments simultaneously
• Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Build trust with stakeholders by demonstrating consistency between words and actions
