This is an exciting opportunity to apply technical knowledge to inform critical policies for providing essential Internet service to unserved and disadvantaged populations. Under the direction of the Program and Project Supervisor, the incumbent will independently develop and utilize research techniques, including spatial and statistical analysis, to inform broadband policy. Responsibilities include handling complex statistical data, developing, implementing, and monitoring data collection systems, and validating data accuracy.
