This is an exciting opportunity to apply technical knowledge to inform critical policies to provide essential Internet service to unserved and disadvantaged populations. Under the direction of the Program and Project Supervisor, the incumbent will independently develop and utilize research and techniques, including spatial and statistical analysis, to inform policy on broadband needs of the state. Incumbents are responsible for a wide range of research and analytical duties regarding complex statistical data, gathering, developing, implementing, and monitoring systems to assemble necessary data. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for validating the accuracy of structured and unstructured data being reported.
