The Mississippi Law Research Institute (MLRI) is an officialadvisory law revision, research, and reform agency of the state. Weprovide unbiased, nonpolitical law research for the Legislature,municipalities, universities, and state agencies.
Research Counsel II serves the Municipal Governance section of theMississippi Law Research Institute and provides legal assistance toand performs legal research for state and governmentagencies.
Candidates must be members in good standing of theMississippi Bar or become members in good standing of theMississippi Bar within six months of commencing employment with theUniversity.
