Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Controlled Research Compliance Analyst to support its ORSC in Austin, Texas. The role focuses on monitoring research activities for CUI, export controls, and related regulatory requirements, reporting to the Controlled Research Manager, and maintaining TCPs and project onboarding.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, investigations, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to review complex information and document findings clearly.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project-level compliance monitoring for research activities involving CUI and controlled information.
• Develop and maintain Technology Control Plans and related documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, access controls, training verification, and records management.
• Escalate significant findings and support audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
