Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, business/public/research administration, higher education administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in research administration, research compliance, regulatory compliance, sponsored programs, COI/COC/ OCI or related area.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply policies, regulations and procedures.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Establish practical and appropriately tailored management strategies with researchers and stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with management requirements and identify need for amendments or escalation.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation supporting determinations and actions.
• Support policy, procedure, guidance, and training development.
• Provide guidance concerning disclosure obligations and management expectations.
