Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a regulated, compliance-focused environment.
• Experience managing teams, performance metrics, and processes.
• Experience managing operational workflows and deliverables.
• Proven success achieving goals and leading teams in a performance-driven setting.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate employees while driving accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve performance, quality, and service-level goals.
• Drive accountability for departmental KPIs, productivity metrics, and operational results.
• Manage team workload, staffing, and resource allocation to align with priorities.
• Monitor performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and employee effectiveness.
• Analyze performance data and trends, providing insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, client requirements, regulatory standards and audit expectations.
• Serve as SME and escalation point for complex operational matters.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support initiatives and deliverables.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance effectiveness and reduce risk.
