Job summary

System One is seeking a Research Associate IV in Groton, CT to join a high-impact outcomes research team. This contract role focuses on generating evidence for the real-world value of healthcare interventions, spanning science, analytics and strategy.

The position involves study design and execution, data analysis, and support for abstracts, posters and publications, with cross-functional collaboration across medical and marketing teams. Onsite, 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 8-10 years experience required.
• Strong analytical and research skills, including familiarity with health economics and outcomes research methods.
• Ability to interpret and summarize scientific data clearly and accurately.
• Proficiency in preparing scientific communications and presentation materials.
• Effective collaboration and project coordination skills.
