Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Associate III to join our team supporting the development and manufacturing of innovative molecular diagnostic assays. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting both research and commercial assay development.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in molecular biology techniques, including PCR assay development, nucleic acid extraction technologies, and the analysis and interpretation of experimental data. Experience with assay optimization, troubleshooting, and data-driven decision-making is highly desirable.. That candidate is scientifically curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about advancing molecular diagnostic technologies, and work effectively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining high standards and scientific rigor and documentation.
This is a regular, part-time employment position (two 8-hour days per week) that will be supported by project-based funding. The anticipated duration of the funded project is approximately one (1) year. While InBios hopes to retain successful team members beyond the initial project period, continued employment will depend on business needs, project requirements, and the availability of future funding through contract renewals, expanded programs, or new initiatives.
