Creative Solutions Services, LLC in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Research Associate I to support Personalized Healthcare Solutions (PHCS) in research, development, and manufacturing activities through experiments, data analysis, documentation, and collaboration with project teams. The role is onsite and a 1-year contract with a pay rate of $23/hr.

The candidate will work with GMP/GLP-compliant processes, prepare technical reports, and contribute to team discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of relevant post-college experience.
• Hands-on laboratory or scientific research experience.
• Ability to conduct experiments, analyze quantitative data, and interpret results.
• Strong documentation, technical writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow established laboratory procedures and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, development, and manufacturing lab experiments to support projects.
• Apply technical knowledge in the design, execution, and interpretation of experiments.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses.
• Present and discuss experimental results with department and project teams.
• Maintain professional expertise through familiarity with scientific literature and may participate in conferences and professional societies.
• Follow GMP, GLP, Design Control and related requirements.
• Maintain complete and accurate laboratory documentation and electronic files.
• May serve as a principal investigator for assigned experiments.

Position Overview

Personalized Healthcare Solutions (PHCS) is dedicated to building a healthier future by advancing science and expanding access to healthcare. The organization develops innovative in-vitro diagnostic solutions, including diagnostic testing, laboratory efficiency tools, healthcare digitalization, decision-support software, and companion diagnostics.

We are seeking a Research Associate I to support research, development, and manufacturing laboratory activities through experimentation, data analysis, documentation, and collaboration with project teams.
