Performs research activities and analysis; implements, evaluatesand recommends adjustments to research procedures. Responsible forsynthesizing and independently preparing results for publication.Works under general supervision with a significant degree ofcreativity and latitude. May coordinate research operations and thedaily activities of junior research personnel.
