Job summary

The University of Alabama in Huntsville in Alabama (Huntsville campus) is seeking a Research Associate II, S1-4 to perform 3D printing and CAD workflow support within the Information Technology & Systems Center.

Responsibilities include preparing CAD models, executing 3D prints, finishing parts, and maintaining printing equipment. Qualifications: a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 1–2 years of related experience, plus proficiency with Rhino, SolidWorks, and 3D printing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and years of work experience.
• 1-2 years of full-time verifiable work experience (preferably in science, engineering, business, liberal arts, or equivalent).
• Must have experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software including Rhino, Solidworks, 3D Printing, and Physical Finishing for 3D Printing.
