Job summary

Ventana is seeking a Research Associate I, II, or III to support laboratory research, development, and manufacturing activities across Ventana projects in Tucson, AZ. The role involves conducting experiments, analyzing results, and documenting findings to support GMP/GLP compliant processes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences with hands-on lab experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work onsite in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Life Sciences or related field.
• Post-college laboratory/research experience preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document laboratory experiments supporting research and development projects.
• Assist with experimental design, execution, analysis, and interpretation.
• Prepare protocols, technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses.
• Present experimental findings to project and department teams.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and electronic documentation.
• Follow applicable GMP, GLP, Design Control, and company procedures.
• Support troubleshooting and other scientific activities as needed.
