Job summary

We are seeking a Research Associate I, II, or III to support laboratory research, development, and manufacturing activities for Ventana projects. The role involves conducting experiments, analyzing results, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with scientific teams.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, 0–6 years depending on level, strong documentation and communication skills, and the ability to work onsite in a regulated lab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Post-college lab/research experience.
• Strong documentation and scientific communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in a laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document laboratory experiments supporting R&D projects.
• Assist with experimental design, execution, analysis, and interpretation.
• Prepare protocols, technical reports, summaries, and analyses.
• Present experimental findings to project and department teams.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and electronic documentation.
• Follow GMP, GLP, Design Control, and company procedures.
• Support troubleshooting and other scientific activities as needed.
