Job summary

The Planet Group is seeking an experienced scientist to execute high-throughput purification workflows for upstream cell culture samples and support process characterization. You will operate automated liquid handling systems (Hamilton, Tecan) and help develop microscale purification methods.

The role requires MS or BS with 2+ / 4+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and data documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MS or BS with relevant industry experience in chemical engineering, biochemistry, bioengineering, or related discipline.
• Experience developing and executing HTP purification assays using automated liquid handling systems (Tecan, Hamilton, microscale chromatography).
• Experience with chromatography (AKTA), filtration, and standard downstream techniques.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-throughput purification workflows for upstream/cell culture samples to support process characterization.
• Operate, optimize, and maintain automated liquid handling systems such as Hamilton and Tecan platforms.
• Develop, qualify, and refine HTP purification assays and microscale purification methods.
