The role requires collaboration with the mClass analysis team and emphasizes quality control and rule authoring within the software. Job Description:
The Research Associate will be responsible for contributing to the training, use of, and iterating of Amplify software (Response Interpretation Engine) for the analysis of mClass Math student assessment responses.
**This is a Part-time Contractor position expected to last up to August 1, 2025**
Collaborating with mClass analysis team to figure out how to group responses in a meaningful way for teachers.
Authoring rules in Response Interpretation Engine (RIE) for mClass assessments
Quality control of rules in RIE
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years in the same or similar role
Passionate about math and deep knowledge of problem based learning
Experience working with K-5 content
Experience working on collaborative projects
Strong oral and written communication skills
Compensation:
The hourly rate range for this role is $35.
