I have 3.5+ years of experience in the Bioanalytical Department of a CRO, mainly working on small-molecule studies under GLP environment. My responsibilities included:

• Sample preparation for plasma, serum, urine, and tissue using PPT, LLE, and SPE
• Operating and maintaining HPLC and LC-MS/MS instruments (intermediate level)
• Performing method development, method validation, and routine sample analysis for PK/TK studies
• Preparing calibration curves, QCs, and analyzing chromatographic data
• Following SOPs, GLP guidelines, and maintaining accurate documentation in LIMS/ELN
• Supporting troubleshooting of chromatographic and instrument-related issues
• Coordinating with QA and study directors during audits and data reviews
