Job summary

University of Nebraska at Omaha is seeking an Entry-Level Research Assistant to coordinate NIH-funded long COVID clinical trial activities and support the School of Health and Kinesiology. You will manage volunteer coordination, ensure study compliance, and assist with data collection and analysis.

The role operates in a full-time, on-site capacity with standard work hours (M-F 8-5) and pay between $18.26 and $21.63 per hour. A BS/BA is required, with experience being considered as a supplement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) required.
• Will consider a combination of education and work experience.
• Familiarity with REDCap and data tracking is a plus.

Position Summary

The Entry-Level Research Assistant will be the primary contactindividual for our volunteer cohort on our NIH funded clinicaltrial on long COVID patients. This person will be responsible forcoordinating and facilitating all human studies, compliance to theinterventions, questionnaire completion via red cap, data trackingin Fitabase, and for all processes associated with the IRB . Inaddition, the candidate may assist with data collection andanalysis. Tasks will include sample acquisition, logging, andpreparation, data collection, analysis, and storage.
