PEGUS Research, Inc. is seeking a Research Assistant to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT with remote or hybrid options. The role is full-time and paid hourly, with responsibilities spanning study coordination, administrative support, and participant assistance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer systems, especially MS 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to learn quickly with a desire to improve processes.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to take initiative and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Work on project teams that develop and execute research studies.
• Assist with administrative tasks (correspondence, scheduling, meeting minutes, data entry, coding, file maintenance).
• Edit, draft, and format study documents.
• Assist in data and recording review, trainings, and study coordination.
• Provide support to study participants and study staff.
• Help improve processes and solve problems.
